What is the payment model for Viber Ads Manager?
Viber Ads Manager operates on a pre-pay model. Advertisers are required to add funds before launching a campaign.
Monthly post-payment billing can be accepted for media agencies only, following a manual internal consultation.
What are the accepted currencies?
Viber Ads Manager is compatible with the following currencies: AUD, CHF, EUR, GBP, PHP, USD. Advertisers can update their currency settings anytime in their profile page.
How do I update my billing information?
To update your company details and invoicing information, click on your name and select Manage Profile. From there, you can update your information under the Company Details section.
How can I receive an invoice after purchasing my campaign?
Once your campaign is purchased, an online receipt will be generated automatically. If you require a formal invoice, ensure your full company and billing details are updated in your profile. Your invoice will be available for download in the Messages tab once your campaign has been approved
Can I get a refund if my campaign is not approved?
If a campaign is rejected and no impressions have been served, you may be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.
