What are the ad quality guidelines?
Ads must be clear, relevant, and comply with Viber’s advertising policies. Misleading, offensive, or low-quality creatives are not permitted. Refer to the full policy here: Viber Advertising Policy.
How can I upload creatives to my campaign?
You can add your creatives during the initial campaign setup, or return to the Creatives tab to upload them later if your assets aren't ready yet.
Go to the Creatives tab within your campaign to add assets for each selected ad package.
1.Preview your creative once fully uploaded, including:
For native ad:
- Headline (title text)
- Body (description text)
- Call to action (button text)
- Destination url (redirection link)
- Logo (creative design)
For display ad:
- Destination url (redirection link)
- File (creative)
Can I add any 3rd party tag to my creative?
Yes, you can add third-party impressions and click trackers to your creative. This allows external platforms to measure impressions and clicks, but does not include full ad tags. We also accept a click-through URL with UTM parameters, allowing you to track campaign performance directly within your own analytics platforms.
Can I set-up a Viber deeplink to promote my channel, my chatbot or my business account inside Viber?
In case you are owning a channel, a chatbot or a business account on Viber and you are actively looking to promote it on Viber thanks to Ads Manager, you can set-up your Viber deeplink when uploading your creative. You will need to complete both:
- the Destination URL with a regular redirection url link (ie. https:// link) (mandatory)
- the Deep link click action url, with the Viber deeplink starting with viber://
